New England Catholic Homeschool Conference
to be held Saturday June 25, 2011
St. Stanislaus Parish

As a Vendor your company will have:
a link on the front page of our web site,
rectangular tables,
your materials in the Welcome packet( if you wish).
a meal ticket to a Fundraiser Meal.

We limit the number of Vendors to maximize traffic for each vendor. We have a direct email list with over 200 homeschooling families. We will be advertising in several places, both print and internet.
Each 8 foot table will cost $75 to rent for the day.
Smaller Vendors may rent a half- table for $40.

Set up will be available on Saturday the 25^th from 6AM till 9AM. We will have coffee, juice and lots of volunteers to help you with your materials! Materials may be delivered the afternoon of Friday June 24^th however set up time will be limited – only between 10PM and 11 PM.

The facility is a vibrant Catholic School: air-conditioned, modern, bright, handicap accessible, and quite large, with excellent parking! Speakers in a separate room or in the Basilica itself.
If you would like to offer a demonstration space is available. We will advertise the time of the demonstration and set you up for an additional $25. This offer is limited however!

Our location is right off the Mass Pike in beautiful Western Mass near Interstate I91, I391 and I291. We are easy to reach from Connecticut, Albany NY, Vermont, NH, RI, and Boston.
Clean up of your tables will happen Saturday evening. Mass will be available Sat 7 AM, 4PM and we will end with a youth Mass featuring our San Damiano Youth Choir at 6PM.
Sunday Masses are 6:30 a.m. , 8:00 a.m. (in Polish)10:00 a.m. & 12 noon. (Before set up Friday there is Adoration till Noon Mass with Confessions available from 11 AM)

Nursing Moms More than welcome. Vendor Applications assume 2 adults per table maximum. Call us for special arrangements for children or of more adults.

This is a unique opportunity and we hope you will bring your full curriculum for all grade levels. Last year we had nearly 225 adults in attendance. St John the Baptist has been on our hearts and minds. His feast is the day before and our theme will center on fulfilling our Baptismal call.

Please note:
Offerings intended for Catholic Religious instruction must contain Imprimatur, Nihil Obstat or be on the approved list for your Diocese. We reserve the right to review/remove books not appropriate to a Roman Catholic audience.
However, we are opening our floor to materials for homeschooling within Orthodox churches.

Secular offerings in other areas such as Mathematics, Science, Grammar etc. are very welcome.
